Arabic, Egyptian, Indian and Caribbean Make Up New 2011

Meow Pussy Cats

All these looks on this video have been created with different brands of make up. Famous makes such as Estee Lauder, Sleek Make up, 120 Fraulein 3*8, Famous by Sue Moxley, Collection 2000 and many more. I don’t use many brushes for my make up so the main ones I use are the sponge applicators that come with Sleek Make Up Palettes. I also use a thin slanted brush to add eye shadow to the lower lash line. Sometime I will use a blending brush and smudge brush.

The Video tutorials are created on a Lumix Panasonic TZS Camera and then edited on Adobe Premier Elements  8. All these looks were created by me and then each stage was pictured. Then I edited all the pictures on Adobe Photoshop Elements 8. After the pictures are edited I transfer them over to Adobe Premier Elements 8 to make the video. This is where I add all the captions to each picture. Once the captions have been put on I decide on what music will go with the tutorial and add this. Then finally I am ready to upload the video for all my friends to see.

All these looks have been inspired by lots of countries, family and friends. I love experimenting with different shades and love it when they go together so well. Every day I get ready to go to work and even though I tell my self that I will not put any eye shadow on I always end up with it on. I just can’t help it. The best thing is receiving compliments every where I go. Nice compliments always give me a boost and inspire me to do more. Thanks to all  my lovely  friends and family who have given me the strength and inspiration to carry on.

I have put together some of l my looks that I have created so far, Hope you like this video. Any nice comments are welcome and if you like what you have read and see, then please  subscribe and get  an update every time I add something new to my blog or You Tube.

Bollywood Style Make Up and Bindi’s

Meow Pussy Cats

Colour Bindi's

Bindi’s are these little bright coloured fashion accessories that a lot of people wear. They are used by a lot of Asian communities as they go so well with all the colourful clothes Sari’s etc. People from all kinds of back grounds like these bindis. They look so nice just in the middle of your forehead. They complement your eye make up your jewellery and your clothes. It’s a trend and a fashion to wear these. They look good at party’s, weddings, birthday’s in fact a lot of occasions. They are sticky on the back so you can stick them any where. You will be able to use these a few times.

They can be bought at an Asian Jewellery shop or Asian clothes shop. You could look on-line. They do sell them on Ebay but not a big selection, I bought mine a while ago Ebay had a better selection then.

I have used these in my Pink and Yellow Bollywood style make up tutorial. I created this look with 120 Fraulein 3*8 Make Up Palette, Gel liner Rimmel Glam Crystal in silver and finished the look off with Bindis in each outer corner of my eye. I also added a pink one in the middle of my fore head just in between my eye brows.

Check it out.

Arabian Satin Green Eye Make Up Tutorial

Meow Pussy Cats

This look has been inspired by Arab make up. It’s fascinating that even though some Arabian ladies only show their eyes their make up is so fabulous. I have worked with Green from a make up palette called Colour Works. As we have just got over Christmas these Make Up Palettes were some of my presents.

You can watch this make up tutorial on you tube.

The Colour Works Make Palette .

Put Primer on your eye lid and add cellotape from the outer corner of your eye upwards to the end of your eye brow.

Add the green colour from the palette across the eye lid and up past the crease area.

Now add the black from the palette to the outer corner of your eye and blend with the green.

Take the lime colour from the palette and add this under the eye brow to give some high light.

Now Remove the cellotape.

Put on black liquid eye liner from Rimmel to your eye lid very close to the upper lashes.

Add the Gel Eye liner to just under the lower lash line. Colour in your water line with the Gel Liner.

Fill in your eye brow with pencil and add your favourite mascara.

The Arabian Green Satin look is complete.

You can watch this make up tutorial on you tube.

Many thanks
