Tutankhamun Eye Make Up The Boy King of Egypt

Meow Pussy Cats

This look has been inspired by Tutankhamun the boy king of Egypt. I find the pyramids, The valley of the kings etc so amazing.

I saw this gold eye liner in Boots and just got the idea from that to create this look. The gold eye liner is from Collection 2000 Glam Metallics. There was many more colours and I was tempted to buy more especially with this deal buy 3 for the price of 2. They are £2.99 each.

These Glam Metallics eye liners are great they just glide on, and are great to give you that Glam look. As I went a bit wild I found that it took a while to take off the gold from my eyes. I used Johnson’s Baby Lotion and wet wipes. So I guess The staying power of these Glam Metallics is long-lasting.

I will create some other looks with the Glam Metacllics so watch this space.

Take a look at my video and see how I created the Tutankhamun Eye Make Up.

Thanks for visiting

See you soon

Purple Bridal/Party Eye Make Up Tutorial

Meow Pussy cats

This Purple eye make up tutorial has been created with 120 Fraulein 38 Palette and with Colour Works make up palette. I have also used Rimmel Liquid eye liner and Gel Eye liner bought from Amazon.

Simply by blending in purple and blue you can create this look. Remember too much blending will take away the colour so blend gently.

If you have blended the colours too much then you can always go over the colour’s again.

I hope you enjoy the video and the music. Video created with Photoshop and music by Princess Black and Eternal Flame.

Thanks for visiting see you soon Meow bye for now.

Beauty and The Beach (Make up for your Hols)

Meow Pussy Cats

You don’t really need to take lots of make up with you on holiday, just a few of your favourite colours. check out this video and many more on You Tube.

1) Add a beige lip and eye shimmer Crayon by Barry M all over your eye lids.

2) Add some lime green colour from your inner eye half way across the eye lid and up past the crease. (120 Fraulein Palette )

3) Take a tan brown colour and add this to the outer corner of your eye, blending gently into the lime colour and the beige.

4) Now add eye liner to the top of your eye close to the upper lash line and under the lower lash line. Use black liquid liner or Gel. Add your favourite mascara.

5) Add blusher on your cheek bone, taking it from the outside across to the tip of your nose. Add a shade darker under the cheek bone on the apple of the cheek.  The Quad Deluxe All-Over Face Compact from Estee Lauder is really good.

6) Add bronze colour lipstick I have used Pure Colour Tiger Eye nos:86 from Estee Lauder.

Arabian Satin Green Eye Make Up Tutorial

Meow Pussy Cats

This look has been inspired by Arab make up. It’s fascinating that even though some Arabian ladies only show their eyes their make up is so fabulous. I have worked with Green from a make up palette called Colour Works. As we have just got over Christmas these Make Up Palettes were some of my presents.

You can watch this make up tutorial on you tube.

The Colour Works Make Palette .

Put Primer on your eye lid and add cellotape from the outer corner of your eye upwards to the end of your eye brow.

Add the green colour from the palette across the eye lid and up past the crease area.

Now add the black from the palette to the outer corner of your eye and blend with the green.

Take the lime colour from the palette and add this under the eye brow to give some high light.

Now Remove the cellotape.

Put on black liquid eye liner from Rimmel to your eye lid very close to the upper lashes.

Add the Gel Eye liner to just under the lower lash line. Colour in your water line with the Gel Liner.

Fill in your eye brow with pencil and add your favourite mascara.

The Arabian Green Satin look is complete.

You can watch this make up tutorial on you tube.

Many thanks

Orange Smokey Eye Make Up

Meow Pussycats

Here is another creation using the orange and blue but the other way round to the previous make up tutorial. You will notice that there is only the use of an inner triangle and middle triangle.

I have put primer on and put cellotape on my eye and put white eyeshadow on the inner eye up to the brow, under the eyebrow as a high light.  Then orange eyeshadow across  eye lid and into the crease.

Then add the blue eyeshadow on top of the orange creating  the middle triangle. Once this is done blend the blue down on to the orange gently and then across the brow creating a light blue affect under the eye.

Then as before you need to create the smokey affect so pick up the black and start at the corner of the eye in the crease and work your way up the eye slowly blending. The just like the other tutorial with the slanted brush add orange to the bottom of your eye just under the lower eye lash, and then with the same brush add black from the corner to the middle of your eye.

Once this is done take the cellotape off. Put eyeliner on top and the bottom of the eye and there you have the orange smokey eye look.

Sleek Makeup Review (Divine mineral based eye shadow palette)

Meow Pussycats
These eye shadows are excellent, the colours come out exactly as you see them in the palette. I was really surprised that you only have to use such a small amount. They are mineral based so a little on the brush is enough.  I bought  the Divine, mineral based eye shadow palette Sunset 568.

I will buy more as I am having a really great time experimenting with these colours. Normally when I buy eye shadows the colours never appear the same once it’s on my eyes. I have seen tutorials on Mac and Bobbi brown make up and they are really good but very expensive. But Sleek won’t break the bank. I bought mine through Amazon from a company called The Beauty Pot.  Though I think you can buy Sleek make up in Some Superdrug shops and lots of Afro Caribbean shops.

This eye shadow suits all types of skin tones from white skin to dark skin, including Asian  and everything between.  These eye shadows are highly recommended for all types and the colour lasts for hours. Just check out the colours close up bellow.

The Palette is a lovely cute size and has one applicator with a mirror in it. I have picked a few of the colours from the palette and put then on the back of my hand just to show you how true the colours are.

Here I have experimented with some of the shades. They are so easy to blend with each other as you can see in these pictures.

Hey, if I can do it I am sure you can do it to.  Just experiment with colours even if you think they don’t go together, and you will see the different shades you can create once you start blending the colours.
I am totally impressed and once again I will be investing in more Sleek products. Why? Coz I’m worth it.
