I recently read in a magazine what some models have to go through to look the way they do. Well believe it or not it seems like you have to under go a mission just to get a beautiful body like a model. I mean what you eat, what you drink, how much exercise you do etc.

Take 3 to 4  Omega 3 fish oil capsules a day.  Apparently by having this many capsules you should achieve flat abs. This will also help inflammation and that bloated look, especially under the belly button. Also by taking this many oily fish capsules it should stop you from getting those sweet cravings.
